Important Announcement Regarding Health Partners LLC/LKS Health on the Move:

September 12^th, 2025

After much consideration and almost 10 years in business, I have decided to close my practice effective end of year 2025. The current practice environment has just become too difficult and, in my opinion, is rapidly becoming unsafe.

In the interim, I will continue to schedule patients as I have been until I close, and will continue to work with patients in active regular care into 2026 as needed.

As my patient population encompasses several states, I recommend you refer to the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM) website for Functional Medicine providers in your area. Note that your patient portal allows access to your plan notes as well as diagnostic results in the event you wish to print them for your records.

As for my future, I will continue to practice at a greatly reduced level on a remote consult only basis beginning in 2026, and will shift my focus to volunteering to provide care to the increasing numbers of people who will be without coverage after the end of this year.
